"HSH and Safe" is a sexual health project for and with men who have sex with men of foreign origin, specifically from Afro-Latino-Caribbean, Middle Eastern, and other cultures. The reason for setting up this project stems from the various vulnerabilities, difficulties, and needs expressed by this public (migration due to homophobia, insecurity in the countries of origin in relation to their sexual orientation, difficulty in administrative procedures in the host country, difficulty in accessing care, multiple discrimination, etc.). These vulnerabilities are the cause of trauma and psychological and social pressure with the result that it is difficult to assume one's homosexuality.
To try to highlight certain needs, our project has set up a campaign designed by the concerned MSM. It takes the form of short interviews in the form of video clips broadcast on the internet and our website. It is also in the form of posters and free condoms which are distributed in community venues frequented by the public, associations, and other commercial venues.
