Young FENIX

Young FENIX is a helpline available to all youth aged 12 to 25, regardless of their gender identity/expression, ethnicity, beliefs, sexual orientation or sex characteristics, committed to providing a safe and supportive space for young people to talk and get help when they need it. Its mission is to promote an inclusive society that prioritises young people's mental health and works to break the stigma surrounding it. The organisation believes that young people should be able to express their emotions freely and openly in any setting, including at home and school, to prevent mental health problems.  

Young FENIX has a multidisciplinary team of professionals and volunteers who provide high-quality support, and the team reflects the diversity of society, enabling coaches to relate to young people from all backgrounds.  

The organisation offers a range of services, including:  

• 1-on-1 coaching, which is low-key, free, and anonymous, and includes phone and chat services for effective outreach.
• A diversity-sensitive range of educational programs for both the well-being of professionals and young people.  
• The Young FENIX Podcast where young people can talk to each other about topics they care about.
